Enjoy personalized yoga instruction designed to support your unique needs and experience level. Whether you are seeking gentle movement, stress relief, increased mobility, or a deeper connection to your practice, each session is thoughtfully tailored to you.

Individual and group packages are available upon request.

Private Group Session:

60-Minute Session — $200

Private group sessions are ideal for friends, families, celebrations, and small gatherings.

Maximum of 10 participants per session.

Virtual Yoga Sessions:

30-Minute Session — $35

60-Minute Session — $60

Practice from the comfort of your own home with personalized one-on-one yoga instruction via Zoom. Each session is tailored to support your individual needs and goals.

 

Packages:

Individual and group packages are available upon request. Discounted rates may be available for multi-session bookings and group programs.

Contract Services:

We are happy to offer customized services for schools, conferences, special events, businesses, organizations, and nonprofit agencies. Pricing is flexible and determined based on the scope of the event or program.

Donation Based Classes:

From time to time, we offer donation-based classes to help make yoga and wellness available to our community.

Class offerings may change throughout the year. If you would like to learn more about these classes, please email us and we will be happy to provide additional information.
